1. About us

This website is operated by Lorran Costa, a sole trader trading as Reach Out Studio ("we", "us", "our"), at 31 Crofton Gate Way, London SE4 2DL, United Kingdom. Email: contatoreachout@gmail.com. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our products

Our pieces are made to order. We try to show colours, prints and details as accurately as possible, but colours can vary slightly between screens and between production runs. Measurements in our size guides are approximate.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout. We take payment when you place your order. If we make an obvious pricing error, we'll contact you before your order is processed and you can choose whether to go ahead.

4. Your order and our contract

After you order, we'll email you to confirm we've received it. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or we suspect fraud. If we do, we'll let you know and refund you in full.

5. Delivery

Delivery options, costs and estimated times are set out in our Shipping policy. Once your order is delivered, it's your responsibility.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, plus rights for faulty items. See our Refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

7. Drops, waitlists and early access

Some collections are released as limited drops. Joining a waitlist is free and gives early access where offered, but doesn't guarantee that a size or item will be available. Stock and sizes may be limited, and we may limit order quantities to keep drops fair.

8. Marketing emails

If you join our waitlist or newsletter, we'll send you emails about Reach Out Studio. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. See our Privacy policy.

9. Intellectual property

All designs, artwork, text, photography and branding on this website belong to Reach Out Studio or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

10. Using our website

You agree not to misuse this website, including by introducing viruses, attempting unauthorised access, or using it for any unlawful purpose. We may update or suspend the website at any time.

11. Our liability

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for loss that isn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights as a consumer.

12. Events beyond our control

We're not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, strikes or extreme weather. If this happens, we'll contact you and, where appropriate, you can cancel for a refund.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order applies to that order.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you have a complaint, please contact us first and we'll do our best to resolve it. You can bring legal proceedings in the courts of England and Wales, or in Scotland or Northern Ireland if you live there.
