Made to order
Every Reach Out Studio piece is made to order. Please allow 2–6 working days for production before your order is dispatched. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Our pieces are made and shipped by our production partner, so parcels may travel internationally before reaching you.

Tracking
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. Please make sure your phone number is correct at checkout, as the courier may need it to deliver your parcel.
Customs, duties and taxes
Prices on our site include UK VAT. Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or delivery costs.
Address accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible at contatoreachout@gmail.com. We can only change an address before your order goes into production. We're not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days after the latest estimated delivery date, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us with your order number and a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll put it right at no cost to you. See our Refund policy.
